High Holy
Days at Ner Shalom
Welcome to High
Holy Days at Ner Shalom.
These are the
Days of Attunement. As we each begin our next chapter, we take the
time to
- listen to
our hearts,
- open up to the world
around us, and
- retune our actions and
intentions
so that we can keep becoming
our very best selves.
Ner Shalom
High Holy Day services are
spirited, musical, thought-provoking and uplifting. They balance
tradition and creative innovation, with many opportunities for
soul-searching, study and song.
Services will be led by Ner Shalom Spiritual Leader, Reb Irwin Keller,
along with scores of Ner Shalom community
members of all ages who will sing, read Torah, share wisdom and hold
the sacred spark of this awesome season. We look forward to the
additional musical gifts of Lorenzo Valensi, Ellen Atzilah Solot and
the Ner Shalom Singers.

Shalom is
a Scent-Free Zone!
Please don't use colognes,
perfumes or chemically
scented beauty products before coming to Ner Shalom. Our commitment to
being scent-free is what makes it possible for all members of our community to
pray together. So please keep this in mind -
AND TELL YOUR GUESTS.
(Blame it on us. Tell them we're unreasonable sticklers.)
Childcare
Childcare
with holiday activities will be available for all services. Care for
children with special
needs will also be available upon advanced request, thanks to a Sonoma
County regional grant from the Jewish Community Federation.

Yontiff Food Drive
Each
year we collect non-perishable food during High Holy Days, on behalf of
