Yiddish Tish

A weekly Zoom gathering to read the work of Yiddish writers in the original; translate together; discuss, laugh and enjoy. And miraculously, no previous Yiddish knowledge is required. This week, in honor of LGBTQI Pride, we read a little Yiddish lesbian poetry, and a Yiddish letter to the Forward remembering a transgender man from back in the shtetl. Join us!

Registration also gives you the opportunity to make a donation to support this program. You only need to register once for all the Yiddish Tishn through June. Truthfully, registering periodically is great.
