Come join us this Passover season to explore and move through one of your narrow places, your Mitzrayim. Self-imposed limitations are often out of range of your conscious awareness. By creating images, you will be able to see more clearly how you hold yourself back and how to gracefully navigate beyond.

Through music, poetry and guided journey you will create two SoulCollage® cards for visual images: 

• a “belief” card to represent a narrow place from constricted thinking/beliefs/actions

• a “helper” card for a reminder that you are more than your limitations

There will be time to reflect, write and share about what you gleaned from the images.
