How is this moment different from all other moments?
Led by Reb Irwin and Friends
IN THE ROOM and also ON ZOOM
This year we offer a Four-Question Seder. Besides the prayers, songs, and stories you would expect, we will also have a chance to consider four relevant questions in our own lives.
This Seder is multi-generational. We will have a facilitated project space available for elementary school-aged kids so that they can move to and from the table-based gathering with ease. (Helpful hint: bring your kids’ toothbrushes and pajamas to change into to make the return home go more gently.)
Our catered Seder meal, vegetarian and fish, will include kitniyot – rice and legumes. (This is the practice of Sephardic communities and the American Conservative Movement.) If it is your practice to abstain from rice and legumes on Passover, just let us know and we will prepare a traditional Ashkenazi-style meal for you.
Please consider making a contribution to "Elijah's Plate" when you buy your ticket, to help make it possible for those who cannot afford to participate.
Of all the great things we do at Ner Shalom, this is one of the greatest. We can't wait to see you there.
As of April 5th, registration for the in-person event is closed. To register to participate with us on Zoom, click below.
The concept of the “Four-Question Seder” was originally developed by our good friends at Storahtelling (now part of Labshul).
