The Four Worlds as Process

  • Ner Shalom 85 La Plaza Cotati, CA, 94931 United States (map)

Led by Gesher Calmenson

Language learned as a child teaches us to make distinctions between objects and actions, nouns and verbs. Later on spiritual life provides an alternative—to see beyond these distinctions and participate in the world as a living process suffused with God. The Four Worlds of Kabbalah can be a systematic framework for exploring this transformation. We will look at how the Four Worlds structure shows up in various forms, and how it can resonate to make everyday life a prayer.
