Led by Shoshana Fershtman, Atzilah Solot, and Reb Irwin.
This service is sponsored by Elaine Leeder in memory of her father, Samuel (Zalman) Sneierson.
Together in the room and on Zoom we will celebrate the trees as we journey through the Four Worlds with food, song, meditation, and blessing.
For those attending in person: we will provide the appropriate nibbles.
For those joining on Zoom, you may wish to prepare a plate beforehand with one fruit from each of these categories:
(1) A fruit that has an inedible outer surface: almond, banana, pomegranate, or coconut.
(2) A fruit with an inedible center: peach, cherry, avocado, or date.
(3) A fruit where neither the skin nor the core is an impediment: apple, pear, or fig.
(4) Something fragrant from the plant world: cinnamon, bay leaf, or rosemary.
To join us at service time, use the link that was sent to you in an eBlast from Ner Shalom. If you are not on our email list and would like to be, sign up here.
